Imprint & Impress is an e-commerce business that specializes in personalized gifts for weddings, birthdays, and special events. We are looking for a production assistant to help us prepare, produce, and pack custom orders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare, produce, and pack products according to custom specifications.
• Operate vinyl cutters, heat presses, and laser engravers to personalize products.
• Using existing template designs/fonts to complete custom orders.
• Print shipping labels and pack orders efficiently and accurately
• Provide a great level of attention to detailed work with an emphasis on quality control of products pre- and post-production.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as organization, inventory count, and light cleaning.
• Pull inventory from storage shelves.
• Keep the work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or GED diploma is preferred, but is not required.
• Ability to read and understand basic English and comprehend simple instructions.
• No experience required. Training will be provided on the job.
• Strong attention to detailed work.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Cricut Design Space is a plus, but is not necessary.
• Ability to understand safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and other job requirements.
• Able to apply commonsense reasoning to all safety instructions and requirements.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to stand for extended periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to focus.

Compensation:

• Starting wage $17/hour.
• Flexible hours are available for part-time or full-time.
