Production Crew Job at LINCOLN CENTER
Department: Performance and Campus Operations
Role Overview: The Production Crew role is an hourly, on call position to provide technical support and labor for various events, projects, and installations at Lincoln Center as part of the Event Production team. This work takes place at Lincoln Center’s venues, including: Stanley Kaplan Penthouse, Clark Studio Theater, Samuels Studio, and the public areas including Damrosch Park, as well as off-campus venues. Responsibilities vary greatly project to project, so both generalists with broad understanding of event production and temporary installation as well as specialists within the various disciplines are sought (see rates below).
Rates:
Baseline: $32/hr
What you’ll get to do here:
- Contribute to load-in, show run, and load-out of a wide variety of events and performances
- Provide essential technical knowledge and input with maintenance and operation of the venues
- Work closely with Event Production leadership to assess and execute client requests
- Professional production experience in theater or other live event venue
- Familiarity in one or more technical areas: audio, lighting, video, carpentry, rigging, stage management
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
- Production head running crew calls
- Operator: A1 – Yamaha Digital Consoles
- Light board programmer – ETC
- Operator: counterweight fly systems
