Job Duties
Set up and operate equipment.
Verify codes are correct at the start of the shift.
Monitor the production line and make sure all machines and equipment are properly operating.
Perform Machine cleaning and inspection.
Perform set up and changeovers.
Coordinate production operations of a line consisting of 4 - 10 people.
Responsible for product quality.
Coordinate the training of line personnel.
Assure quality of packaged product.
Perform general light maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and related equipment.
Takes responsibility of work area to produce a safe and quality food product.
Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Must be able to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less.
Must be able to lift to 35 pounds for 30 minutes at a time.
Must be flexible and able to work as needed.
Must be able to stand for up to 8 – 10 hours per day.
Must have good hand/eye coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to bend, stoop and squat as needed for housekeeping responsibilities and other miscellaneous duties.
Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
Shifts Hiring for:
6:00am – 3:30pm (1st shift) $20.00/hour pay rate.
3:00pm – 12:00 am (2nd shift) $20.50/hour pay rate
