Trucenta is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the role of Production Manager, Packaging. This is a critical role within the organization with the opportunity to impact both the bottom line and the customer experience. This role will report directly to the Director of Processing and will be responsible for overseeing packaging in our Hazel Park facility. This role will also work closely with team leads and Trucenta operating partners in developing, implementing, and monitoring adherence to SOP’s.

The ideal candidate for Production Manager, Packaging will have experience overseeing production processes to enhance efficiencies and working closely with team members to maximize performance. They will also collaborate with other departments, as well as clients, to ensure production goals are achieved.

• Evaluate machine resources, and collaborate with inventory control, to ensure continued production and minimal downtime

• Develop workflow policies and standard operating procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality

• Ensure production staff is adhering to all company policies

• Maintain proper training and performance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,330.05 - $70,000.00 per year
