Title Resources Group Production is currently seeking a Production Title Specialist who will be responsible for:
-
Validating information passed to TRG proprietary system to open orders and enter data into the system,
-
generating title commitments to ensure each document is accurate and consistent with the current information reflected in the public land records (the abstract)
-
responsible for the overall of creating a title report or title commitment
-
Ability to manage work queues and meet customer service level agreements
Qualifications and Experience
-
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
-
A minimum of two years of Title Examining/Curative or policy commitment experience required
-
The ability to read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys required.

Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, underwriting staff and vendors.

Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.

Compensation Range:
