We are hiring for Production Workers to help produce our delicious Sandwich Brothers and Oden’s Tennessee Pride products at our Jackson, TN plant. You will report to a Production Line Supervisor and join a team of about 400 associates.

Shift: This role is 2nd shift, 4:30pm-12:30am

Location: 96 Pinnacle Drive. Jackson, TN 38301

Hourly Rate: $16.71 an hour

What Impact Will You Have On Our Business?

• You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Brothers and Oden’s Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers
• Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, our production worker will play an active role
• Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
• Responsible for adhering to Quality Assurance standards
• Follow all company standards of conduct expectations
• Train for and support any position on the production line as needed such as breadline, assembly, packaging and palletizing
• Communicate problems with the line to the Lead, Supervisor and Maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Do You Have What It Takes:

• High School Diploma or a GED
• Lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work overtime as required by the company. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts as needed
• The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; balance; stoop; kneel; twist; and crouch. Candidate must be able to climb stairs and steps.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
• Must be able to communicate well with others

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat and cold
• The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
