Position Title: Bakery Production Supervisor
Position Summary:
This Production Supervisor is accountable for directing the efficient and cost effective operation of one of three shifts in our croissant bakery. This includes activities such as: assigning work, directing, organizing, and coordinating a team of 20 to 30 hourly associates in areas of mixing, shaping, baking and packing. Quality control is a critical responsiblity for all Production Supervisors. The Production Supervisor ensures that employees work in a safe manner; and follow all company policies and all good manufacturing practices. He or she may be scheduled to work on any of three shifts.
Prior experience with baking process and equipment is a very big plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
