Job Title: Production Team Member
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Near Speedway Motors)
Salary: $12-18 per hour, with a pay differential for nights and overnights
Reaper Patches is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our production team. As a team member your primary role will be as a Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality patches that meet our customers' specifications. These are both part-time and full-time positions with the potential for overtime hours. Hours can be designed around the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality patches
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production processes to identify and correct errors
- Maintain accurate production records
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent desired, not required.
- Experience operating embroidery machines preferred, not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to work nights and overnights
