Johnson Electric is excited to announce that we are now recruiting for several production operation and assembly positions in our Vandalia, OH facility. Our Production Operators are responsible for helping assemble and prepare products. Experience is valued, but not required.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor the efficiency of the production line or ensure goals are met.
• Manually assemble electronic components requiring the us of manual and semi-automated equipment.
• Hand assembles and inspects electrical components.
• Read and comprehend work instructions.
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as required.
• Be aware of quality and your contribution to the finished product.

Requirements:

• Ability to pay close attention to detail while often working with small parts. This requires our team to have excellent hand eye coordination and the ability to remain in one position while focused on the work for extended periods of time.
• Have an eye for detail as operations performed are at times intricate and tedious

Pay: $18.36 - $22.11 per hour
