D3 Skis designs and manufactures slalom, jump and trick water skis. D3 skis are built using the latest aerospace high performance materials and are recognized as World leaders in the industry.
D3 Skis are available for purchase in more than 30 countries worldwide through a distributor/dealer network.
D3 Skis is currently recruiting to immediately fill a full-time production position. The following describes the desired characteristics, skills required and the working conditions for this position.

- Flexibility: You will be managing several tasks at one time. As the company continues to grow, the demand for our products put a lot of pressure on the staff to perform. Expect your job description and responsibilities to change and grow regularly.
- Initiative: Take the initiative to learn new things and help us grow as a team.
- Independence: Be ready to take direction and work independently when needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communications skills.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks at one time.
- Experience with and knowledge of hand tools, routers and pnuematic tools required
Working Conditions:
- Environment: manufacturing/production, indoors.
- Work days: 4 days/10 hours per day (Monday-Thursday). Some overtime can be expected during the busy production months.
- Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / Hr plus benefits, DOE.
