Job Summary:

The Operations Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Professional Operations Finance Analyst.

This position is hybrid in support of our Tucson manufacturing site and requires onsite presence 1-2 days per week minimum.

Our team provides financial analysis and forecasting support for our Factories in their daily operations including but not limited to Touch/Support Labor utilization, HPUs, EAC impacts and Indirect Budgets. We work with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Production Control and Program Execution Finance. This is a great opportunity to learn how our products move through our factories and are ultimately delivered to the Customer.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Supporting several Tucson Factories In this role you’ll be responsible for executing all Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables
• Construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.
• You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments
• You will prioritize resources in a very dynamic and deadline driven environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field of study.
• 2 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Experience with SAP (APEX/PRISM) and/or BW/AO
• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
