Job Description:

• Position requires individual to be on site Monday and Tuesday with teleworking Wednesday - Friday.
• Assist in analysis, evaluation, reconciliation, and oversight of all aspects of the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of multiple PM SAI programs.
• Develop plans, including budgets, schedules, funding requests and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs such as, Spend and Obligation Plans and recommend reprogramming of funds, as necessary, to accommodate newly assigned functions or program restructuring, anticipating future problems, or issues that may develop.
• Review programmatic milestone documentation, monitoring obligations and disbursements and creating documentation involved in the Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process to include P-Forms, R-Forms, Smart Charts, and Program Objective Memorandum/ Weapon System Review (POM/WSR) briefings.
• Review staff actions, actively analyze programmatic and operational impacts of Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA), Congressional marks, Department of Army adjustments and other increases or decrements to program budget.
• Contract management tasks: develop acquisition program objectives, milestone schedules and resource requirements; identify issues, develop and monitor corrective action plan; analyze contract cost/schedule status; develop and track Acquisition Requirements Packages; update PPMT database.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with government program and business management.
• Secret Clearance Required
• Experience with analysis, evaluation, reconciliation, and oversight of government programs.
