The Position: We are looking for a Program Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to program leaders and other team members. They manage the reception desk by exercising excellent customer service.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range we’re offering is $18.00 - $22.00, base on education and depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science preferred
- 5 years of child welfare experience preferred
- Prior Office/Front Desk Experience Strongly Preferred
- General Microsoft Office and Internet Competency
- General Office Skills; Excellent Writing Skills
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to Commute to Various Sites on Campus
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office, manage the reception desk while exercising welcoming customer service
- Assist in reviewing social workers casework, ensure their compliance with the agency’s policies and procedures, and all applicable laws and legislation.
- Provide support for case file reviews, to ensure relevant documentation of services is accurate and complete, i.e.,Quarterly Reports, Progress Notes, Dental, Medical, psychological and clothing allowances.
- Assist in providing assessments or investigations involving allegations, complaints, and matters pertaining to deficiencies and non-compliance by foster parents.
- Assist the QA and Intake department in fulfilling the required responsibilities.
- Coordinate and supervise training sites and the provision of training to prospective and certified foster parents.
- Assist in coordinating the provision of mental health services including psychiatric services to children.
- Provide leadership and support to assist foster families.
- Participate and assure participation of staff in all regional and general meetings.
- Maintain all policies and procedures updated
- Provide all needed reports and follow-ups to all regulatory entities
- Attend meetings as directed by the supervisor.
- Coordinate the preparation of all program meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain uniform standards for all regional offices
- Assure compliance with COA standards
- Maintain ongoing and open communication with Intake and QA department. All communication shall be documented.
- Interfacing with county social workers and foster parents on behalf of FCSW’s.
- Actively participate in the agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process as assigned.
- Other related duties as assigned.
