To help us along this journey Space is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Business Transformation Connected Factory Program Manager. We’re looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm in systems architecture, digital, connected technologies, advanced manufacturing, data integration and engineering, program portfolio management, and needs identification and roadmap development.

Based out of Littleton, CO, in this Program Asc. Manager role you will support the Lockheed Martin Space Intellignet Factory team in implementing our 1LMX transformational initiatives with four primary areas of focus:
Provide leadership to Connected Factory product development and sustainment team including technical direction, planning, staffing, and implementation and technical requirement development support. Accountable for Connected Factory Program Management including cost, schedule, risk and opportunity management, and technical baseline management and execution.2) Define team priorities in alignment with IT&DE and Operations strategic priorities to deliver value to the business for key stakeholder. Lead development of, communicate regularly and obtain stakeholder feedback on Connected Factory products, business value and roadmap. 3) Provide oversight and employee development of team skills development, including critical full stack engineer, system of system architecture, requirements and needs management, and system analysis and decomposition4) Utilize your background and functional leadership experience to help deliver on this critical enterprise program.

This role will be the leader of the Connected Factory team reporting under the Space Intelligent Factory Portfolio Manager but will be expected to communicate their responsibilities up to Executive Leadership regularly and proactively, across the 1LMX broader team, and execute their duties with minimal oversight.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, manufacturing, production, or closely related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and senior leadership
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals
  • Previous Leadership experience with mission driven cross functional teams executing complex tasks.
Desired Skills:
  • Systems Engineering process knowledge or experience and complete lifecycle experience with Engineering processes and reviews
  • Demonstrated Program/Project Management and/or CAM experience executing with agile processes and tools
-Customer interaction and familiarity with the DoD customer expectations and processes- Understanding of development, deployment and sustainment of IT systems, architectures, and applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Space production operations, manufacturing, and test operations and processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
