Job Title: Program Events Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events across our 11 tavern locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing event strategies that attract customers, increase revenue, and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events across our multiple locations, including live music, trivia nights, happy hours, promotions and special events.
  • Collaborate with each tavern location to identify event opportunities and plan events that cater to the specific needs and preferences of their local communities.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure that events are profitable and within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and performers to ensure that events run smoothly and that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and supplies to ensure that events are successful and that customers receive high-quality service.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendance, revenue, and customer feedback, and use this date to continuously improve future events.
  • Maintain a strong online and social media presence to promote events and attract customers.
  • Train and supervise event staff members to ensure that events are executed according to plan and that customers receive excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in event planning and management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the job.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use date to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with social media marketing and online event promotion.
