We have an immediate need for a Program Launch Leader in our Southfield / Detroit, MI location. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Launch Leader to join our team. The Project Launch Leader will be responsible for managing and executing projects as directed by the Program Manager from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in project management and a deep understanding of the project launch process.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines.
• Travel approximately 25%

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitate activities required between corporate and mass production manufacturing facilities
• Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards the project's goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within budget and that resources are used effectively.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage project risks and escalations, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, and project close-out reports.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project launch processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of the business.
