Title: Senior Web Admin

• Web Technologies team is responsible for installs configurations, maintenance, upgrades, hardware migrations, patch management, troubleshooting, repair, performance tuning, incident / problem resolution, as well as monitoring and providing 24x7 support. In addition, the group is engaged in setup, deploys, security management, capacity management, and will coordinate backup/restore and system recovery activities.
• It also supports infrastructure architecture, application integration, projects setup and deployments.
• The group will perform, install, upgrade firmware and configure BPM/BAW, MobileFirst and OpenShift.
• The resource will provide administration and operational support, updates roadmap, troubleshoot, alerts, monitoring and automated recovery, transactions traceability and tracking, issue resolution related to data exchange, data transformations, access, performance and capacity management.
• The team also monitors application infrastructure for service availability supporting business operations.

Must have skills & experience:

• Passionate Administrator with 5-8 years of BPM/BAW, Mobile First experience.
• Administration skills for Java/JVM runtime containers like WebSphere, Liberty, Apache Tomcat.
• Experienced in Container images creation, deploy & release management with Openshift and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with container Lifecycle Management and securing containerized environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
• Experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Good understanding of micro services architecture and OOPS concepts clarity
• Working experience using Git/SVN, Jenkins and other CI/CD tools and practices
• Expert level experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures.
• Integration experience using web services - SOAP and/or REST.
• Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
• Good understanding on SSL/TLS protocol and certificate request management for SSL/TLS communication.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good understanding of Network layer, OS layer and backbends like Oracle DB, LDAP.
• Experience with scripting languages like bash, Groovy.
• Experience with Servicemesh, HashiCorp Vault .
• CKA/CKS Certification a plus.
