We’re looking for a Program Manager who can flawlessly execute the big picture strategy. You’ll focus on programs that drive Redfin’s Premier and Concierge home renovations business, driving our high end business, and uniting our Concierges and superintendents with our nationwide salesforce of real estate agents. You’ll work on a team with principal and senior program managers, and cross-functionally with sales leadership, product managers, analysts, engineers, and other specialists to deliver the best high end experience in the business. Execution, simplifying complex processes and collaboration will be key to the success of this position. It’s an exciting opportunity, reporting to the VP of Redfin’s high end business, to tackle a hairy, complex part of our business, driving gross profits and delivering a value-driven, delightful customer experience.

You’ll deeply understand the customer experience, and work tirelessly to make sure we’re delivering a best in class high end buy and sell experience.

You’ll create a system to keep track of our successes and opportunities for improvement, working cross functionally to broadcast wins.

Continuously ingesting feedback and taking quick action, to make sure we’re improving every day.

You’ll develop and deliver simple to understand training and materials for remote, long cycle sales forces.

You’ll develop, record, publish, and continue improving on the most efficient workflows to renovate homes quickly, with quality and at low cost, while keeping our agents and customers in the loop every step of the way. You’ll maintain the process and documentation of the experience for stakeholders and employees.

You’ll work on how we quickly and effectively implement new policies and programs for our Redfin Premier agents, Concierge and superintendent teams, and measure their impact with data.

You’ll work with our vendor team to make sure we are continuously improving process and prices, including sourcing new vendors and negotiating down costs.

You’ll drive our “team 25% adoption rate” group, planning trips to high opportunity teams across the country, hosting data driven turnaround meetings with local leadership, documenting agreements and following up until completion.

You’ll keep the train on the track, keeping key stakeholders in the loop, while making sure we hit our aggressive goals on-time. You’ll be a key driver of our key metrics; concierge productivity, adoption, and gross profit.
About You:
You will have aggressive targets on short timelines, requiring creativity, the ability to keep many balls in the air, and a bias for action. Our team is collaborative, positive and we take pride in collectively delivering results for our customers and Redfin.

3+ years of experience in program management, strategy management, and/or business operations is required, ideally in a B2C business with a large field sales organization.

You’re a go getter, who is willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

You’re passionate about simplifying complex processes to deliver an awesome customer experience. Industry experience is not required but is valued.

You plan well, identify dependencies and risks, influence others and get buy-in, set goals, monitor adoption, celebrate the wins, and iterate on the opportunities.

You make data-driven decisions and have a strong intuition for the numbers that matter.

You can craft a compelling message to your audience, whether it’s slides for salespeople or a proposal document to leadership about expanding your program. You’re a great listener and can communicate clearly to a variety of audiences.

This role will require travel 20% of the time, and ideally would be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring in person office meetings 1x/month. Remote work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $94,600.00 - 141,700.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity. Potential for quarterly bonuses based on company performance. Potential for merit increases and stock grants based on performance.
