JOB PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator is a dedicated resource assigned to the client to coordinate activities and produce reports about digital signage installations, operations and maintenance that are located throughout the Newark AirTrain System.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate resources and materials to install IT Security systems at EWR site facilities/stations and other locations as directed by the PANYNJ.

• Monitor ITSEC projects, measure projects against expected milestones and produce reports that keeps the client fully informed about installations status.

• Visually inspect sub-contractor work to ensure quality of output meets client expectations and the global market they serve.

• Provide consultation to vendors and to the client on ITSEC security and communication systems.

• Impact the customer's perception of Alstom as the preferred vendor in the industry by producing work that establishes credibility and respect with the customer.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of progressive management experience and above average knowledge and skills in using Key Corporate Values
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications & Window’s based applications
