Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Project Coordinator who plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, and funding conditions. The Project Coordinator is a professional with in-depth knowledge, technical expertise, skill and competency and is qualified as a project coordinator. The project coordinator serves as a consultant/resource in a specialty area and as a change agent by suggesting new or innovative approaches that result in an improvement in quality.

What you will do in this role:

1. Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of projects, monitors and coordinates work to ensure that projects are completed according to priorities, schedules, and within budgets.

2. Communicates and updates management team of old and/or new projects and their status.

3. Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports; maintains project records and statistical information.

4. Develops plans and presents educational activities within areas of expertise and directly or indirectly fosters the development of competence in the learner.

5. Works with interdisciplinary teams, brainstorms and problem solves and participates in strategic planning.

6. Assists individuals and groups in defining problems, identification of internal and external educational resources, and selecting.

What qualifications you will need:

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree Required. Masters degree preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills. Must be computer literate with moderate to expert level in Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
