Required Qualifications:
Construction and/or engineering firm project management experience
Construction project management experience +3 years working on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with individual project sizes of $1M or greater construction-type projects.
Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management.
Experience managing a team of project engineers, construction coordinators, and safety personnel.
Experience working in the construction of light industrial facilities/warehouse/office space.
Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
Additional Desired Qualifications:
1. Technical knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and estimating.
2. General understanding of construction safety programs and requirements.
3. Software Capabilities: AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Microsoft Visio, PlanGrid.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
