The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. PM’s lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, operational and process improvements and deployments. This is a hybrid role located in Lake Forest, IL, Janesville, WI, Tempe, AZ or Waterloo IA.

• Ensure strong business relationships are established with stakeholders
• Ensure project milestones are identified and tracked to resolve issues and mitigate risks that may threaten program initiative delivery.
• Ensure important project initiative deliverables are managed that support successful project delivery using project management best practices, methods, and tools.
• Direct the development of deployment strategy and plan that encompasses project communications, training and change management plans and personally assures that appropriate contacts and relationships are developed and maintained.
• Establish Operating Committee meetings to review progress with important members and provides regular status reporting to all team members.

• Bachelors Degree and 3+ years in relevant work experience.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Leadership ability that manifests itself in quickly earning sponsorship and key stakeholder trust; setting direction and approach; resolving conflict; execute with limited information.
• Demonstrated, applied expertise organizing and delivering complex projects.
• Continuous Improvement mindset and project management expertise using multiple project development life cycle methods and tools, such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
