Job Responsibilities:
Preferred experience in :
- Strong experience in Program Management
- Prior experience working with Analytical tools
- Ability to manage several stakeholders and customers across organizations
- Understanding of event modeling, aggregates, and datasets
- Familiarity with big data technology preferred
- Prior experience in driving roadmaps in an ambiguous fast moving environment
Primary Job responsibilities
- Driving engagement with Stakeholders using Sentry, Multidev, Reporter Service
- Onboarding new customers onto the platforms
- Maintenance of existing reports
- Coordinating External Support (SRE Support , ISDS etc.)
- Coordinating privacy discussions and navigating privacy nuances when integrating with Apps and services
- Improve processes for onboarding and internal processes
- Create and drive roadmap for a fast growing analytical toolset (AMP Sentry, Multidev, Reporter Service)
- Performing Scrum activities: Sprint planning, radar grooming, stand up, backlog grooming , Agile board management
- Program reporting
