Project Manager - Landscaping Dpt. (Design Build Sector)
Salary: $70K Starting Base Salary
Annual Bonus: $10K - $30K - Depending Upon Yearly Profits

Role Details: The Project Manager will manage the install of projects sold by landscape design/sales staff as well as focusing on every aspect of a project and oversee it from the planning stages to the final walk through in an efficient manner, with a positive attitude, all the while focused on high quality.

Minimum Qualifications:
_Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Manager or Managerial occupation. Minimum 3 years of experience in Landscape industry preferred.
Strong effective communication skills.
Time management skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record.
Computer skills created problem solving, personnel management, organization, and customer service skills/experience preferred.
Bilingual -Spanish a plus. _

Educational Requirements: Four-year College or University program degree or certificate; or four (or more) years related experience and/or training.
