Program Manager & schedule management
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- This job involves managing professional scheduling for senior executives, coordinating meetings, capturing meeting notes, etc. along with regular PM duties.
- Understand project deliverables and coordinate tasks across various departments and teams.
- Support deliverables, including the implementation of internal controls and processes.
- Track progress on assigned project and drive issues/risk triage meetings.
- Manage stakeholder communications and status reporting at all levels.
- Help with additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Skills:
- Experience working in IT services industry, especially in a client-vendor setup.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive workstyle.
- Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfortability with last-minute changes
- Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and proactively take initiative and work efficiently with little direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
