About the job...

We're looking for an experienced construction project manager to join our growing home building company in Far West Texas.

Knowledge of the building process from start to finish and hands-on construction experience is a big plus. The ideal project manager should be familiar with interpreting architectural plans, taking and verifying field measurements, coordinating materials procurement and deliveries, and building relationships with a diverse set of subcontractors.

We are willing to work with and train the right candidate, the most important skill for this role is the ability to think creatively and proactively to keep projects moving. Building in this remote area of West Texas requires a high level of flexibility and creative thinking in order to make a project successful.

The projects we pursue are one of a kind and architecturally driven requiring great attention to details and precision for implementation.

Pay: $51,388.32 - $90,000.00 per year
