Job Summary:

Pirc Tobin Construction is seeking a fulltime Project Manager. On top of being a self starter with excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills the ideal candidate must exemplify our five core values:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with Foremen to Ensure Accurate and Timely Completion of Projects
• Manage Project Budget & Schedule
• Prepare & Submit Billings
• Create & Maintain Detailed Change Orders
• Manage Pay Apps
• Manage and Approve Field Logs
• Oversee Subcontractor Management
• Complete Preconstruction Documentation Accurately & Efficiently
• Schedule & Maintain Customer Meetings - Focus on Communication Throughout Project
• Meet Contract and Document Requirements
• Ensure Safety Standards & Guidelines are Followed on Jobsite
• Maintain Professional Attitude with Owners, Inspectors, Public & Company Personnel

Education, Experience and Training Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management. (College graduates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Office 365
• Complete OSHA10 Training
• Complete Competent Person, Trench Safety, Confined Space Training
• Cut-Off Saw Training
• Traffic Control Technician Training
• First Aid/CPR Training
