If you are a Project Manager - Construction with experience, please read on! What You Need for this Position
The ideal candidate will possess the following but not limited to:
- Familiarity and oversight experience for direct performed trade work including earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and framing
- Familiarity with construction / project management software, Procore and BlueBeam
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Understanding of scheduling, phasing and sequencing
- Understand budget and needs from start to finish
