Position Summary: The Project Manager will lead the Patient Experience Team of CorEvitas’ project team to deliver project milestones.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Project Manager leading qualitative and quantitative research projects to support global pharmaceutical patient engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with multiple departments including Research Services, Information Technology, Finance, and Business Development to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Research and write materials targeted at various audiences.
  • Work on a broad range of projects involving protocol feasibility, patient recruitment, clinical trial evaluation, and quantitative research.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines.
  • Manage budgets and staff hourly resources.
  • Identify areas of risk early in project implementation. Proactively find solutions to mitigate risk and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Schedule and lead milestone-based client calls, prepare kick-off meeting presentations, and take minutes.
  • Identify and proactively communicate any out-of-scope client requests that would impact budget and/or timeline.
  • Prepare appropriate documents for the IRB, as necessary.
  • Serve as primary HealthiVibe contact with client.
  • Lead project close-out meetings to discuss key patient insights learnings and business development and/or operational improvement strategies for similar future projects.

  • Operational management and project management experience in pharmaceutical and/or market research industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Interest and/or experience in health communications/patient initiatives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic understanding of clinical trial process (design and conduct) across Phases II-IV studies.
  • Consistent professional demeanor especially during times of high stress and tight deadlines.
  • A team-oriented personality with the initiative to accomplish goals.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that gives the individual the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to do the job.

Special Requirements:

  • Travel: Up to 30%, including: client meetings, investigator meetings, conferences, qualitative research facilities, etc.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
