Summary

This position will be part of the Mortgage Originations Business Support Services. Specifically, the candidate will support Mortgage Business Readiness within Change Governance. The position requires governance of requested changes throughout the change lifecycle, from Initiation through Closure.

Job Responsibilities

Management of requested changes throughout closure

• Review of requested changes for clear and accurate scope and requirements

• Facilitation of changes through SharePoint for Impact Analysis

• Partner with Business Requestors as Change Management SME

• Review of change implications to New Product, CART, and CATE

• Facilitation of changes through Book of Work Prioritization/Funding Processes

• Request submissions for PMO and Technology resource requirements to support execution of changes

• Monitor/update change record status weekly to raise risks appropriately for assigned changes

• Review changes for appropriate artifacts supporting implementation for closure

• Management and Distribution of weekly MIS to support changes in queue

Maintain Internal Reporting, and Policies and Procedures

• Review and Update User Guides routinely to support SharePoint and Project Tracking System (PTS) record management

• Review and Update Change Management Playbook on a Semi-annual basis or as needed

• Assist with Project Stakeholder Presentations

• Maintain internal Job Aids and Procedures as needed to support all Change Request Types

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• At least 2-5 years of project management experience preferred

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, understand business objectives, and align stakeholders to drive results and business objectives

• Confidence and ability to communicate with leaders across various levels of the organization

• Thoughtful analysis of problems that may surface throughout the program lifecycle and ability to think through and present viable solutions

• Written and verbal communication experience in a large complex organization; the ability to organize messaging by stakeholder

• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Access

• Mortgage banking experience preferred
