Job Description
- All inbound calls regarding home and automobile insurance membership questions.
- Customer service, There are no sales involved.
- In training, candidates will obtain their reciprocal licenses/Non-resident outside their resident state.
- It is not captive, candidates are still able to work with other carriers
- Must live within 100 miles of one of the following site locations - Richmond VA, Shreveport LA, Port Saint Lucie FL, Salt Lake City UT, or Boise ID
- Possess a Valid P&C license or Personal Lines License
- Pay rate $ 19/hr plus benefits ( health dental and vision)
- Schedule: 8 Hrs/day Monday to thursday & saturday (friday and sunday off)
- Company will be provide you the Equipment
- Strong telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
- Possess a Valid P&C license or Personal Lines License
Other Requirements:
- Open Availability between the hours of operation for their site-specific location
- Quiet & Professional Workplace
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Knowledge/Skills
- Reliable internet
License (Required):
- Active “Property & Casualty License” OR “Personal Lines License” (Must have their resident license in the state they are currently living in
- 220 License or 2044

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
