• We are seeking a full time Property Manager. It is Oakwood Management Company’s outstanding team that has grown Oakwood into the largest local property management company in Central Ohio. The successful candidates must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, flexible, have strong sales, leadership, customer service, and marketing skills. Duties and Responsibilities: · Leasing of Apartment homes, review and approve applications. · Oversees preparation of lease or rental agreements for lessees. · Directly responsible for the collection and daily deposit of receipted monies. · Audit resident ledgers, and report discrepancies. · Process inbound leads and follow-up with prospects with necessary information to assist in the leasing experience. · Establish rapport with prospects, vendors, to build value into Oakwood managed communities. · Convert prospects into closed leases for Oakwood managed communities. · Maintain financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and monthly reporting for accuracy and timely submission.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the regional manager in support of the overall operations of an apartment community. · Manage the service team and ensure service requests, needs are met and completed in a timely manner. · Have fun! • Demonstrated aptitude in sales and marketing.

• Possess a strong work ethic. * Yardi software experience a plus.
