We are seeking a creative, motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized individual to support our team of 20+ providers. We work in a fast paced environment using cloud services to support our diverse providers.

This position is focused on supporting our therapists, coaches, psychologist, and social workers. Our providers are busy but they need help with administrative tasks, marketing, education, compliance, and most importantly - client consultations. You are on the front lines with providers and their clients supporting the delivery of mental healthcare. You must enjoy working with people, have patience, be compassionate, be flexible, and good at using cloud services to stay organized and compliant.

You will interact with providers as well as patients for scheduling, insurance, and other administrative tasks.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responding to leads and contact clients for mental health consultations
• Knowing our providers well - specialties, preferences, skills
• Manage documentation needed to support billing for providers
• HIPAA compliance lead
• Promoting provider education and growth
• Track government licensure requirements
• Provider evaluations
• Assist with onboarding and off boarding providers
• Comply with and enforce all confidentiality rules regarding HIPAA healthcare
• Help with social media and website content creation and SEO

Secondary responsibilities include:

• Develop staff newsletters and manage required reporting activities
• Support group therapy messaging and scheduling
• May prepare and make presentations to staff, boards, commissions, and external groups
• May provide ongoing statistical reports
