Athens Family Counseling is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to contract with to provide outpatient therapy services to our clients. Athens Family Counseling is the newest subsidiary of Southeastern Healthcare Partners LLC. Located on the first floor of Twin Lakes Recovery Center on Baxter Street, Athens Family Counseling is a largely a generalist practice, but has subspecialities in Marriage and Family Therapy, Children and Adolescents, Forensics, PTSD/Veterans Care, and Addiction. We accept most types of health insurance. We pay flat hourly rates to associate level therapists with supervision, trainings, and certifications included in the contract. If you are an independently licensed therapist, pay is based on a percentage that is largely dependent on how many appointments you keep in a month, with the provider always receiving the favorable end. Independent licensed therapists are also eligible for trainings and certifications (particularly in EMDR). We provide in-house referrals, charting software, virtual receptionist, flexible schedules, and an intake coordinator. Our goal is to make life as easy as possible for our providers.
