W2 Fee-for-Service LMSW Psychotherapist​​ (pre-licensed ok)

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include providing weekly couple, group, and individual therapy sessions to an active caseload of clients.

Provide an estimate of 5-7 sessions per day, with a requirement of at least 10-20 sessions per week.

Maintain up-to-date, timely, electronic chart records that include treatment plans and session notes.

Must be able to conduct teletherapy sessions. Potential for In-Person sessions in Ulster County September 2023.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a current and valid license to practice mental health in New York State or have a Master’s Degree in Social Work (pre-licensed clinicians may apply)

Have knowledge and application of trauma psychotherapy modalities

Must be familiar with anti-racist psychotherapy, inclusive psychotherapy related to gender, sexuality, race, and other marginalized communities

Must have personal experience with psychotherapy or other healing modalities (current or past)

Proficiency in virtual mental health, and electronic health records. Experience with Asana or Slack is helpful but not required.

Compensation/Benefits:

All employees of Meadow Therapy are W2 Hourly Employees who get paid on a bi-weekly basis.

$45-55 per individual session – based upon experience

$35 per hour of administrative tasks (note-taking, onboarding, required meetings or trainings, supervision)

Paid for weekly supervision by an LCSW – hours toward clinical licensure

$200 per month toward healthcare expenses (QSEHRA program)

$300 annual stipend toward continuing education credits
