Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard is currently seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 5 – 8 years of experience general municipal law to join its Public Agency practice group. Candidate must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and have a high level of dedication and discipline. We offer a generous benefits package and the opportunity to develop your skills and grow professionally. Salary range for this position would be $145,000 to $175,000, depending on experience. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position.

The preferred candidate will have broad experience across a range of legal issues facing local agencies. Primary responsibilities will include providing advice and counsel and transactional assistance in matters such as general governance, contracting, labor and employment, economic development, housing, CEQA, and/or land use. Experience and interest in litigation is a plus, but not a requirement.
