The Big Task
Being the point of contact for all purchase orders that come in from our technicians and seeing each order through to completion. If you're a multi-tasking extraordinaire with an eye for details - we're looking for you !
Key Sub Tasks
- Answer incoming calls from Install and/or Service Technicians who require a Purchase Order for material to complete install or service jobs.
- Create purchase orders and order products via vendor websites, phone or email.
- Complete all Purchase Order requests within required timeframe while maintaining a high-level of accuracy.
- Coordinate and deploy drivers for pickups with various vendors.
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
Preferred Qualities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, personal integrity and the ability to work with a wide-range of individuals
- Quick and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Service Titan experience helpful.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to perform all tasks in a timely and effective manner
