Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python and Django Developer with at least 4-5 years of experience working in startup environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable web applications using Python and Django frameworks, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to identify and prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.

Participate in code reviews, identify and troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving the overall quality of our codebase.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design and implementation documentation, and contribute to the knowledge base of the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

4-5 years of experience working as a Python and Django Developer in a startup environment.

Solid understanding of Python, Django and related web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and databases (e.g., MONGO, MySQL).

Experience in writing unit tests and automated tests.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AWS and Azure platforms.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.

Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools and processes.
