We are currently seeking a QA Healthcare Test Lead- REMOTE to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Test Lead is responsible for driving the full testing life-cycle for all the assigned Projects for the Payer Client, driving the testing delivery with high quality and leading teams of 1-5 testers.

Additional duties include the following:

1. Undertake testing activities for a variety of projects in a complex IT environment, including preparing test strategy, test execution, monitoring and reporting, and input into test planning

2. Provide input into test scoping, planning, analysis, and estimation activities for projects

3. Work unsupervised, take responsibility for own tasks and prioritization of work, show initiative and self- motivation

4. Able to analyse the BRDs, SRSs etc. and come up with Test Strategies, Estimations and Test Scenarios/Cases

5. Coordinate with the Development teams, BA teams, Business, Clients and onshore counterparts

6. Timely detailed status reporting, metrics and dashboard publishing

7. Have good troubleshooting ability and good ability to take part and contribute in the design/Requirements review meetings

8. Identify areas for automation, performance testing, security testing and lead the efforts in implementing the solutions for them

Preferred Skills:

Should have an overall work experience of 8 to 10 years in Quality Assurance as a functional test lead.

Have in depth knowledge about Claims and Enrolments flows along with ETL process and EDR.

Good SQL DB Knowledge and knowledge of FHIR transaction and EMR data management.

Have in-depth understanding of testing concepts, test methodologies, Agile Process & Scrum Methodology.

Have technical expertise in all aspects of the STLC involving requirement analysis, test design & development, and defect management.

Have experience in performing Application Functional Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration testing for Web based Applications Testing.

Have extensive exposure in defect management and bug triaging using bug tracking tools like HP ALM 11.0, JIRA , etc.

Have good communication/articulation skills

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years QA Testing

Minimum 1 year Healthcare Systems
