Telework Information: This position is eligible for hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

CalPERS is seeking a Quality Assurance Support Analyst in the Member Account Management Division (MAMD) on the Program Support Team. • Conduct quality assurance reviews of team member work products
• Create and maintain quality assurance procedures for a systematic approach to reviewing cases to check for accuracy and timeliness
• Work closely with MAMD teams to design and develop procedural job aides
• Lead and assist in division special projects

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

• Knowledge of basic business math and statistics.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience preparing reports and discussing findings.

• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,518.00 - $6,907.00 per month
