Seeking a positive, motivated, and adaptable early career scientist for a full-time 2nd shift opportunity. Mon-Fri: 12:00pm – 8:30 pm

2nd shift differential included

Employee Responsibilities:

• Routine testing to support QC ELISA laboratory
• Use multiple biochemistry-based assays including ELISA and Dot Blot
• Executes test methods, tabulates data, and provides data interpretation where required
• Troubleshooting instruments and methods where needed
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Knowledge and experience in GMP environment
• Knowledge and experience with LIMS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience
• 0-5 years of experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 12pm-8:30pm Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply.
