Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to locate hard-to-find components through various channels, such as online databases, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Respond quickly and accurately to requests from repair technicians, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records of components sourced, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Utilize computer skills using SAP to effectively search and manage parts data.
- Collaborate with repair technicians and other team members to gather necessary information related to parts requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to expedite the sourcing process as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new components to better serve our customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet research tools.
- Knowledge of electronic components and/or experience in a similar field is desirable.
