Radiology Scheduling & Appointment Coordination

Assist Health Group is looking for an energetic individual to join its radiology scheduling and appointment coordination team. This is a work from home/remote position

As a Patient Advocate in our Radiology Scheduling team, you will :
1) Be the first point of contact for patients requesting to schedule diagnostic imaging appointments.
2) be responsible to field incoming calls from new and existing customers. Answering their queries and providing the highest level of customer service.
3) Coordinate referrals with patients and providers.

The ideal candidate should :
1) have at least 3 years experience working in a diagnostic imaging center
2) be familiar with the various modalities and imaging studies
3) be familiar with reading and interpreting imaging orders
4) have experience working in a high volume, busy medical practice.

This is a full-time Remote/Work-From-Home position. You will be eligible for benefits, PTO and annual bonuses. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5
