Ranch Hand/Mechanic (FT) Job at J&S Masonry
McGinnis Meadows Ranch is looking to hire a ranch hand for the rest of our 2022 season and beyond. The position is available NOW.
We are a cattle and guest ranch and we host guests from all over the world! Customer service is a priority for all of our staff members. You will be surrounded by a staff of like-minded, high energy and friendly people. We work hard and play hard…out here they are one in the same to us!
The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, a self-motivator, a problem solver, friendly, fit enough to be on your feet, organized, and able to take direction.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys the outdoors and a remote location. Must have own vehicle. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD! We are 40 minutes from the nearest small town, about an hour from the city of Kalispell, and about 2 hours from Glacier National Park. This is a great area for hiking and mountain biking!
Pay DOE. You will receive a salary plus tips. Health insurance and 401k with matching funds are available for full-time employees. Room and board are included. We have Starlink Satellite Internet here so you will be able to keep in touch with family and friends.

- Checking fence around ranch and outlying grazing areas.
- Pasture clean up.
- Operating heavy equipment as needed for ranch projects.
- Handyman type work from with plumbing, electrical.
- Irrigating pastures in the spring/summertime.
