About the Role

i4DM is seeking a REACT Developer/Engineer to join our fast-growing IT-project based consulting business.

We are looking for a top-notch team member who is ready to design, build, and implement innovative solutions to support the missions of our customers. We need a creative engineer with experience developing high-quality products on time. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation. Successful candidate needs to be able to analyze client and project needs and design and implement creative and technically sound solutions with minimal direction. Candidate must keep the big picture in mind, recommending and implementing best practices, becoming a trusted partner for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer needs and develop overall design concept and objectives with an eye to performance, architecture, and security
• Participate actively in gathering requirements and backlog refinement
• Participate in Agile-Scrum ceremonies including Story Point Estimation, Backlog Grooming, Sprint/Release Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Be able to work in a team environment as well as an independent contributor with minimal guidance
• Create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages
• Design and create applications from scratch as well as understand and configure existing systems
• Write clean, scalable code
• Design and build stable and scalable applications
• Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new technologies and technical approaches for solving a business need
• Understand and articulate the benefits and risks associated with different technical approaches and make recommendations
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Design, create and update application databases and objects
• Implement UX/UI requirements via responsive frameworks and design systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five (5) years of on-the-job experience writing software
• Minimum of two (2) years of on-the-job experience writing REACT software
• Excellent knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus
• Candidate should have a strong understanding of modern web design using HTML5 and CSS3
• Excellent knowledge and experience working with the following languages and technologies: Java, Typescript or JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML
• Familiarity with modern source control systems
• An ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and a problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with DevOps and continuous build continuous deployment processes and tools
• Demonstrated experience with client interaction and leadership
• Experience with creating software in Azure or AWS is a plus
