JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for HIGHLY MOTIVATED and SELF-DRIVEN sales professionals to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing startup, make uncapped commission, and provide a lot of value! Our acquisitions team is on the frontline, and will often be the first to talk to our customers, so it's important for our agents to represent our company and our core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with motivated home sellers
- Manage all potential leads
- Perform market research to determine home values
- Call MLS Listings (real estate agent listings) to gather information on the property
- Negotiate and submit offers on leads
- Convert warm leads into contracts
- Maintain accurate records in your CRM
- Hit your sales goals
- Understand and display our company values
- Bring In A Consistent Flow Of Deals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Real Estate Experience
- Computer Literate
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette
- Sales Background (not required but preferred)
- Competency using CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
