Our Sandy office is looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Professional to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Sales Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Requirements
- Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic computer skills
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be 18+
