Real Estate Showing Agent- Paid Hourly (Part-Time)
Join the Pyron Team! Great position is for a newly licensed Real Estate Agent to learn the Real Estate business or a seasoned licensed Real Estate Showing Agent to take a step back from the day-to-day responsibilities of being an Agent yet still have the opportunity to work with Buyers. If you are newly licensed, this position will allow you to generate income while learning the daily ins and outs of the Real Estate Business!
The Showing Agent will serve as a "Partner" to the Buyer's Agent. You will assist with client relationships, building rapport, showing homes, and encouraging and assisting clients during the home purchase process.
This position will give you the opportunity to have more freedom in your daily schedule, to learn the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas, and become an expert in the Metroplex. If you like meeting new people, looking at homes, adding support, being out of the office, and never sitting in one place for too long, this could be the perfect position for you.
Compensation: $22.50 hourly + mileage (hours not guaranteed).
Compensation:$22.50 hourly + gas
Responsibilities:- Assist Buyers Agent and our clients in the home buying process
- Show homes to buyer clients for Buyers Agents on the Pyron Team
- Provide world-class customer service
- Assist with client relationships
- Desire to become an expert in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area as well as surrounding areas
- Assist our Administration Team when needed
- Maintain and Strengthen Pyron Team Realty's relationships with New Home Builders
- Previewing Homes for Agents when needed prior to showing the property to prospective Buyers
- Licensed Realtor - Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License or a desire to enroll in classes to obtain your Real Estate License
- Professional in attitude and appearance

- Must have reliable transportation
