We're looking for dynamic REALTOR agents (new or experienced) who are looking to build a successful real estate practice from the ground up. Positive energy, high self-motivation, commitment to your "why", and huge determination to reach your goals is required.

Candidates must hold a Texas Real Estate License and be able to activate Sponsorship and join the Austin Board of Realtors immediately. We have IMMEDIATE need to take advantage of the season and to begin your program and get you "up and running" fast!

Our training implements progressive learning to build your confidence and skills in Residential Leasing, Lease Listings, Buyer transactions, and Seller Listings.

We provide focused, hands-on training in lead generation, transaction management, priority/time management, and customer service – we help you learn and grow to become truly independent as you develop your real estate profession!

In conjunction with our Property Management company, we're able to offer our Agents opportunities to work our Managed vacancies to learn quickly (and we showcase the Listings to generate a LOT of immediate leads that can be worked for fast income and used in developing a pipeline of lifetime relationships).

• Set showing appointments and convert shows into contracts. Learn the presentation scripts and skills so that you'll know how to respond to any objections that might stand in your way to winning the client.
• Giving 5-star service and nurturing relationships for life-long clients and referrals.
• Review and report weekly traffic and conversions to measure progress and training.
