Job Summary:

We are looking for hard-working, honest and friendly Receiving Managers with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team. Ideal candidates must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions (Receiving Manager):

• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies/boxes
• Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes.
• Manages shipping and receiving logs.
• Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepares items for shipment.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures shipments to verify against bills of lading, invoices, order or other records.
• Sort and distribute packages.
• Shrink wrapping
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with other managers on achieving store goals.

Requirements:

• Have basic knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and direction.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility original documents to work in the U.S.
• Must love the beach!
